I am a year old Ex Emt/Firefighter and college graduate from UWF with my Exercise Science degree. I am laid back and fun, but have no time to clean up after anyone else. No gender preferred, but MUST have clean roommate. I am gone half the week working hrs off but also work a 2nd job. Renting a spacious room for $/month including utilities (wi-fi, cable, trash, gulf power). There will also be a $ deposit that you will get back on departure as well as I'll do a background check. Please ages only also (Military, medical or Fire rescue is a plus I'll give a discount on the rent) Both on-street and off-street parking available. I like keeping a clean house which is the biggest most important attribute for a roommate. I do have a dog named Bailey which is very easy to live with and calm as well as a cat that mostly hangs out in the backgard respect that and we will get along great. Lastly, I will not take payments in increments must be up front every month and reliable. There will be a signed notarized agreement. House is located off dean dr in Pace. Contact Tim
