I am looking to fill the master bedroom in this shared home located in Centennial near Broadway and Arapahoe Rd. Location gives quick access to C- and DTC. Also is within walking distance to SouthGlenn Mall with numerous shops and restaurants.
The room is approximately sf and is large enough to be a bedroom and home office. It has a private bathroom/shower and a large walk-in closet. Room can be furnished with bed, dressers, desk, and TV or can be empty. Photos are shown empty and furnished to give reference on how large the room really is.
The house is a split-level home, and the master bedroom is located upstairs along with another spare bedroom and second bathroom. Tenant/Roommate would basically have the upstairs to themselves.
Mid-level has the shared kitchen and living/dining room. Lower level has two occupied rooms with clean and respectful roommates. House is on a corner lot with plenty of parking on street and in driveway/garage. Fenced in backyard with storage shed available if needed. Currently have one dog at the house so please no additional pets.
Room is available immediately. Open to short-term, 6-month, or -month lease. $/month.
