Female roommate wanted!

In need of a female roommate! The available room is a private bedroom and spacious bathroom shared with one of the roommates.

Apartment is located in Rancho Penasquitos at a beautiful apartment complex with lots of great amenities including in-unit washer/dryer, onsite parking, pool, gym, and walking distance to Carmel Mountain Plaza.

A little about us:

I like to go to the pool/jacuzzi, beach, go for walks, and explore SD when I get the chance. If I am home, I tend to stay in my room and I don't cook too often or use the living room.

S (other roommate) is creative, outdoorsy, frequently cooks dinner, and has an older border collie mix named Ramona (nickname is Momo). Momo is house trained and non-destructive. She is calm and does not bark often. S spends most of her time in her room as well.

Both S and I would consider ourselves introverted extroverts. We hang out with each other from time to time but also respect the fact that we have busy lives and sometimes just want to come back to a quiet home. We are looking for someone who has a similar temperament and is respectful, considerate, and clean.


We are looking for someone who can commit to a 6-month term lease agreement.
