Room in a nice home

I have one room in my house that I'm currently looking to fill. It will be ready in October. Price includes utilities. It's off of on Hammer Ln right behind Walmart. Quiet neighborhood in the middle of a court. Ceiling fan in the room. New AC system was just installed. Really big backyard with a private pool and bbq grill. Kitchen was newly renovated. Everything is brand new including the floors. We do have dogs and cats so I'm looking for someone that isn't afraid of animals and I'm open to you having pets. Bathroom will be shared with the other roomies. Driveway for parking. Message me for more info. Would like someone renting by themselves. Willing to negotiate
