Looking for roommate in Bonita

Looking to share townhouse in beautiful Villagewalk in Bonita Springs. Lease is starting November 1 but may be able to move in sooner. Lots of amenities and activities in the community including gas station, car wash, Hole in one Bagel shop, restaurant, ice cream shop, hair salon, resort pool, lap pool, gym, library, basketball court, bocce ball, tennis and pickleball. My roommate closes on her house near end of September so as long as her things are out it is available to move into. Must be able to pass background check with HOA and be on lease.
