Looking for chill flatmates for renting a nice and spacious fully furnished 2BHK in Prime location of Lokhandwala circle.
It's literally steps away from versova metro station.
I'm looking for one person (single occupancy) to occupy the huge master bedroom and 1 person to occupy the huge and comfortable living room(we'll install curtains for privacy)

The flat has
1) Washing Machine
2) Refrigerator
3) Gas stove with pipeline
4) Geysers in the washrooms
5) Bed and Wardrobe in all bedrooms and living room.
Just move in with your clothes.
POSSESION ON TH September.

My expectations for rent is as follows -
Master bedroom (single or double you see)
Rent - k
Brokerage: k (to be paid to broker)
Deposit - k

Living room (single occupancy)
Rent - k
Brokerage - k (to be paid to broker)
Deposit - k

All utilities will be shared by all 3 flatmates.
Electricity + Gas + Wifi + Maid + cook(if we opt for)
Should roughly come to another k every month Max.

The bed, cubboard and furniture for the other room and hall will be provided by me
