Subleasing my bath

I just received a job in another state and have a bath apartment. I’m subleasing my room and bathroom. The apartment includes a washer and dryer, your own bedroom with walk-in closet, your own bathroom, furnished room and shared amenities like the kitchen. I am also including Wi-Fi and utilities in the rent. The apartment also comes with a gym and free parking, please message me if interested.
