I am a second-year history student at McGill looking for a roommate for the coming year. I am looking for another student to join me in a very pleasant, clean, and quiet apartment in Notre-Dame-des-Grace. The unit is furnished, with lots of natural light, good airflow, a balcony, fresh paint, restored original hardwood floors. There is a new gas stove in the well-supplied kitchen, the bathroom was recently renovated, new lights were installed, and there is in-building laundry. Included utilities are heating and hydro; the roommate and I will split the cost of electricity, gas, and WiFi.

The apartment is on the third floor on a quiet street, within a block of multiple bus lines, grocery, restaurants. parks, pharmacy, public indoor swimming pool, and public library, and 5-minute walk from the Villa-Maria metro.

My interests include spending time outdoors, reading, making art, and listening to music. I am a social person, but I also enjoy spending time by myself and quiet, and I am not the type to host large parties every night. I am agreeable, tidy, and good with chores, though I prefer to share/switch off. I am also vegetarian, but I am open to learning to cook meat!

No pets, no smoking, no heavy use of perfumes or fragrances



Must pass landlord credit check. Move-in date September 1, possibly earlier, for lease through June .
