Downtown Manhattan move

Description

Looking for a year lease in the downtown Manhattan area (Greenwich Village would be lovely, but open to other neighborhoods) for a move in date. Preferably laundry in building (or unit if I’m lucky) and a dishwasher. I enjoy a cleanly living environment and I love to cook after I get home from work at night. I’m pretty easy going, enjoy lowkey nights at home after the office, and going out to new restaurants with friends on the weekends.
