$br - bath a

Description

Hi,

I am looking for a roommate to share a one bedroom and one bath, preferably a young professional or a college student. If you have a significant other, he/she can come over anytime and stay a night or two but I just don't want a third roommate.

About my house:

-Fully furnished four bedroom house with all appliances, if you like to move your room furnishings that is okay but I have everything else
-One bedroom with walk-in closet and separate bathroom (may be shared with guests occasionally (not very often) -You can also invite guests in the guest room (as long as they don't stay more than a week)
-Have a standard three yr old goldendoodle which he is hypoallergenic and very friendly and well-trained and does not shed
-Spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinets to bring your own kitchen stuff. I usually cook once a week when I prep my meals and during weekends when I have people over or cook breakfast
-Backyard and nice covered patio for BBQs (occasionally I like to meditate there during sunsets or just chill at my hammock)
-Conveniently located next to highway thirty . Decent commute to either San Antonio or San Marcos/Austin
-Located in a quiet and nice suburban neighborhood (mostly families)
-Alarm equipped and video surveillance in house (no worries I wont creep in your room)

About me:

-I'm organized, clean, respectful, and friendly. If you want to grab a drink and talk I am game but if you like to keep to yourself, I also respect that
-I'm a CPA with a hybrid schedule but usually work/take most calls in my office
-My fiancee attends grad school out of town but she comes every other weekend
