Private bed/bath in North Longmont

Hello!! My girlfriend Sarah and I are looking for a new roommate to fill our basement as we have too much space to ourselves. The house is split level. We live upstairs, main level is Living/Kitchen/Dining (shared space), and the basement (half level down with windows) has a living room (optional), bedroom, and bathroom available for rent. Of note, the washer/dryer are in the basement and would be shared as well. Possiblity of personal parking space in the garage if negotiated.

I am currently working nights and Sarah works days so most often someone will be home. On the weekends we're fairly quiet with the occasional night out or social gathering. Also we have a cat named Perogie who is our house mascot!

We do not have central A/C but do have a swamp cooler. Hottest days of the summer house stays below
