Room for rent!

Please read everything. *** • Hi, I go by Kimber and my family has a room available on a temporary basic kind looking for people who are coming from out of town and don’t want to deal with the complication of hotels or just needing a place for a week or something. The room is my old dog boarding room I used to board dogs it’s a privately blocked off dining room. We live in a three bedroom house. It’s my husband and daughter and myself and will be our new Roomate. There’s a semi frigate full bathroom we have a senior shihzsu and two cats also. We are a pretty laid back family who are hard working and otherwise keep to ourselves.

Monthly Rent is $ plus deposit $. Weekly rent will be determined and nightly rent will also be determined based on the amount you will be staying. and that includes laundry detergent and fabric softener bleach toilet paper paper towels and wifi and tv with a fire stick with access to all of our streaming apps and  ones a tv app that has thousands and thousands of channels.
Room comes with mini fridge, queen size bed and dresser an end table and other furnishings.
We are pretty clean people so we ask you be mindful of messes and hygiene. I like to stress this because our last roommate was not the easiest to live with.. 

We live in the singing hill neighborhood of south Dallas. The neighborhood is super quiet and everyone’s super nice.  If you’re interested please shoot me a I don’t answer calls I don’t recognize.
