looking for a third roommate !

we’re currently in search for a third roommate to accommodate our empty room . we live in a two floor sq ft. condo with two backyards and a garage that includes a weight rack for lifting ! we have two bathrooms and bathroom would be private for you ! we’d also provide a private parking space for you ! (one shower in the house but we’re getting a second shower installed soon) we have a washer / dryer and kitchen that includes everything (microwave , oven , fridge , sink , air fryer , etc.) we have access to a pool located one minute away from our place as well ! our condo also provides heating and A/C for those warm and chilly nights ! we also have a fireplace downstairs in the living room . the entire house is furnished and includes all amenities ! as for utilities … you’ll only need to pay for the electricity and wifi bills and you’ll just venmo me for that since i typically pay for those . water / garbage is included with the place ! we have a downstairs closet , pantry , and garage for any storage you need . my roommate and I are both very chill and laid back , we typically keep to ourselves since everyone’s got their own lives to live but we aren’t noisy ! we’ll have some friends over maybe once a week or at least every couple weeks . we have two tvs downstairs as well and a shelf full of video game consoles from the xbox series X all the way to the N (closet full of video games) my only request is that you’re okay living with dogs . I have a one year old medium size dog (border collie , australian shepherd , and siberian husky) who’s very loving and calm (he won’t hurt or bite you ! he’s a darling . we keep the place real clean for the most part and if you have any questions regarding the place please contact me through my phone number or ! preferably phone number though . fine with living with either a male or female . we can also provide a bed for you if necessary !
