I’m renting out a private bedroom in my cozy two-bedroom duplex, where I live by myself in the other bedroom. I’d love to share the space with another woman to split the rent evenly. The kitchen and living room are all yours to use, and we’ll share the bathroom. The place is pet-friendly! I’ve got a super chill golden retriever who only roams the house when I’m around (he hangs out in my room when I’m not home). We have a big private backyard, and the laundry is in room outside. I’m planning to remove the desk in the first pic, and the bed can stay or go depending on your preference. The location is amazing—just a 5-minute walk to Hollywood Boulevard and a 7-minute drive to the beach! Rent includes all utilities: electricity, water, gas, and wifi. To move in, it’s the first month’s rent plus a $ deposit.

Estoy rentando una habitación privada en mi dúplex de dos cuartos, donde vivo sola en la otra habitación. Me gustaría compartir el espacio con otra chica para dividir los gastos por igual.
