I am looking for a roommate in a bathroom apartment in downtown Charleston, fully furnished (even the bedroom) starting last week of September. Rent is $ including parking and utilities (+wifi) . No down payment. Apartment is on the first floor in a non flood zone.
Apartment is mins walking from MUSC and King Street. Apartment has in unit washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. I will be the one occupying the other room.
