Hey everyone my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate, below is all the details!

About the space 🛸My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in a home in Sourh Scottsdale. It’s off McKellips and Hayden, minutes or less to ASU, PV, SkyHarbor and much more. The space had previously been used as a guest room/storage area. DOGS ARE WELCOME, we have two already, as long as your pup is friendly, they are welcome!

About the room/amenities: Your room is definitely the coolest room in the home, and least lived in. It come can furnished with a tv, nightstand, and dresser. We have three fridges (no idea how or why), W/D is in the backyard, we also have a shed in the backyard for an bigger things you’d want to store. Your bathroom would be shared with the other roommate. Our landlord provided us with a concierge service, where you can report any issues and someone is usually coming by to fix it within hours.

About the lease ⏳: The lease goes until March 1st and which time you can reup with the landlord if wanted. Ideally looking for a 6 month lease but open to shorter term as well. The other roommate will be joining the Navy and is leaving mid November, so if you have a friend or someone who can take over his lease, we can cut a deal and save on rent!
