Description

I have two rooms for rent in a beautiful home in Wekiva Springs close to Wekiva Island. Females preferred but would consider males. House has a split floor plan so my room is on one side and the two rooms for rent are on the other side with a dedicated bathroom. Access to screened in pool, large kitchen, front office, living room, dining room, driveway parking and your own fridge in the garage. Utilities (power, water, internet) included. Option for furnished or unfurnished room. Looking for a professional and/or student who is quiet and clean. I work remotely from home. No pets as I already have a cat.
