Private Room Close to Downtown

You'd be a great fit for the place if you also enjoy being active, getting out in CO, down to watch a solid movie, play some video games once and while, plus maybe grab a beer and watch a good game. LGBTQ+ friendly. We have a couple of friends in the community and would be cool to room with people who are open to the community. Somebody who is looking to create a community in the home. Not necessarily parties, but operated more like a realized family.
About the place: it is minutes from downtown. Has a big backyard, two refrigerators, and has free parking!
