Roommate wanted for a newly renovated house in East Austin, secondary master with shared(with guest) double vanity bathroom available Oct 1st. Shared common areas are furnished already by me, bedroom is not furnished. The house has a huge back yard and share large garage for storage. Private driveway on a corner lot that sits up on a hill. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly. I will have my bf, friends and family over occasionally. And if you are a male my bf will want to interview you as well. But we are pretty active in the community and work a ton. I have a cat and you’d have the house to yourself in the evenings as I work from 2pm - midnight.
