Not the best but livable. The people below us have never complained and I tend to be loud at times.
High speed internet, No utility cost, I'm certainly not going to complain if you're making noise I've got headphones on at all times.
Bathroom looks meh, currently working on getting a Washer/Dryer and latches or something for the doors that don't fit the frames. (besides the front door, only the closets and bathroom doors shut completely)
