Room for rent!

Hi!
I am looking for a roommate in my
house in Henderson. The house is located near the intersection of Stephanie and Wigwam. Rent is listed above plus utilities (split between roommates).
The room is unfurnished and shares a bathroom with other roommates. The house is non-smoking. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and family oriented. I bought the house and moved in three years ago.

I am looking for someone who is like-minded, has a steady income, and who is relatively clean. My roommates and I all have full-time jobs but like to have fun and relax in our free time. Some of my hobbies include running, reading, camping, and hiking. Someone who likes the outdoors would be a plus. We currently have two dogs, so the renter would need to be okay with living with animals. The dogs are sweet and well behaved. Not accepting other animals at this time.
