Hello I’m a yr old Professional black gentleman who is seeking a Female roommate to share my Townhome which is located on the west side of Charlotte close to and about 8 minutes from the heart of downtown.I’m a drama free very religious gentleman who is very laid back and respectful to everyone’s boundaries.Whoever occupies this residence will have their own separate quarters with their own private bathroom.All utilities included,including cable and Wi-Fi.You will also have access to the washer and dryer as well as your own parking space.Please note I’m looking for a roommate not a girlfriend.I just find females to be cleaner and bring less drama to the table.Chow for now hope to find that comfortable fit for us both.
