Private Room for rent

Hello, I have a private room/bathroom for rent in my 5-bedroom house. The house is currently occupied by myself and two others. We are all males in our mid-s we have all graduated from UNR in the last 3 years. I work out of town during the week, one works from home and the other works in the area. We are all clean and keep to ourselves.

The bedroom/bath is downstairs separated from all the other bedrooms. Gated community in Wingfield Springs. All Utilities are included with the rent including high-speed internet. Please reach out if you have any further questions.
