Beautiful pool that stays clean, Multiple parking spots available in driveway, In a clean quiet and safe neighborhood located right at sixteenth st and greenway rd. Currently its just myself and 1 other older male roommate who work all the time and keep to ourselves. House stays clean at all times. Looking for 1 other working roommate who will respect the home as we do. Must pay bills on time every month. Utilities include electric, water, internet, pool cleaning service, pest control, etc...
