Large room for rent

Description

I'm offering a large bedroom with shared bath, located near Brea and CSUF. Room is large, furnished but you can request for no furniture. There are a bathroom and a half bath to share with two other roommates. Access to common area with a kitchen and living room. Utility is included.

I allow certain pets (dogs, cats, small mammals like bunny and hamster) with a pet deposit of $ and extra monthly payment of $. I do request that the pet has been vaccinated and you already have it for at least a few months to a year. Pets can have full access to my backyard but limit access to the common area since I am allergic.

There are 3 people in the house, all are students/working professionals. We are tidy, quiet, friendly and keep to ourselves. Looking for people with similar qualities.
