I’ll forgo the typical list of what this house has and what you can expect of this house. What I will tell you is what it does not have. It does not have a central vacuum system, No pool. No ash trays. No private entrance. No fence around the large yard. No provision for pets. No stated rent. ——That item is open to negotiation and will depend on your income. Don’t worry too much about $$$’s I prefer to give rather than take. If you have the qualifications and are actively seeking employment after moving here you might be in luck. OR. You might be retired—like me—and on a limited but steady income, maybe you are watching your coins and saving to make a down payment on a car. Let’s see what we can do for each other. My choice, by far, would be a woman (%), S-D-W-and less than . Well!, that covers you, the roomie. So! Who would I, the landlord be? Foreget about the “lord” part of that word. More like a team venture, keeping the house picked up and clean, sharing meals. I am heavy on experience, not weight, have led a vey rewarding adventitiouse and active life. Oh ! Did I tell you that I am probably older than Moses. YOU? Maybe his great great granddaughter. How about a granddaughter with grey hair, actually any color except purple or pink. In lieu of huge rent spend time reminiscing about your adventures, tell me what you want in the future, what you can do for me, tell me why you don’t use a ‘walker’ or stick. I am all ears.
