Very nice furn room & own bathroom

The house is located on Twelfth
Ave in Pensacola between East Hill and Cordova Park. Living here is very peaceful,
I live on a beautiful acre+ of land that is on the water. The room that I am renting is a very nice furnished room with a large private balcony and large walk-in closet. It’s almost like your own aptm bec it’s the only room on the second floor. The bed is Ikea and the mattress is an almost new foam mattress. The very large closet has 2 clothes bars, a chest of drawers and shelving in it. The house has central heat and air conditioning. I also just installed an almost new extra quiet Midea window AC unit in the bedroom to ensure you can stay cool.
The application process is quite simply. You tell me a little bit about yourself. We schedule a meeting( prob at Starbucks) to see if we would be compatible housemates. If you seem like a good fit I will have you do a brief rental application and if that looks good you can see the house and do a background check.
