room for rent

I have 2 bedrooms available. The rent is $ a month for large room and for smaller room
. That’s included utilities. Bathroom is shared.

My mother and a student are living here. We are looking for a third person who can clean up after themselves, responsible, and do their share. No party, no drinking, no smoking, and no pets.

Asking for $ deposit and first month rent. Month to month after at least 3 months contract. A days notice is required when you move out. ID and roof of income is required. May ask for 2 references.
property is just north of Wyoming and I. Quiet neighborhood. Student is welcome.
