DreamSpace is the perfect location central to many attractions in the heart of Wichita. This house is a great place to find community with other housemates, or to enjoy peace and quiet in your own private room and other comfortable spaces of the house or outside in the yard.

FULLY FURNISHED BEDROOMS: Each bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, dresser/closet space for your personal belongings, mini-fridge for your items you do not want in the shared refrigerator.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and cabinets, and nice marble countertops. Furnished with pot, pans, and kitchen essentials. There is a shared fridge and also,

BATHROOM SPACES: We have 4 shared, newly renovated full bathrooms throughout the house.

SHARED LIVING ROOM: The living room is an artistically furnished, shared space that has a communal piano, guitars and even a steel drum for everyone in the house to play.

ONSITE LAUNDRY: Conveniently, we have a washer and dryer in the house.

ONSITE PARKING: We have plenty of street parking and a parking lot across the street.

Dream Space has a variety of different sized rooms which vary in rent price from $ per room per month depending on size. An additional cost for shared utilities is charged per month.
