The house is just over a year old so it’s still new and updated. It’s also right off the Monon and is in a great location not far from both Broad Ripple and Downtown. The space is kept very clean and the bedroom can come fully furnished if needed. The bedroom is private and the bathroom is shared with one other person when both rooms are rented but it’s pretty spacious and has a good amount of cabinet/counter space.
