Roommate needed to help owner

Description

Full time active and employed older man needs roommate to assist with keeping house clean and with small tasks including assisting with pet care. Rent will be lower if house fully cleaned twice a month. Prefer clean, active and employed female roommate to assist me with household tasks I have trouble doing. Garage parking for 1 vehicle, no male visitors, minimal female visitors, and will have use of all facilities and rooms except owner’s bedroom.
All bills, internet and utilities paid.
