The house is a few blocks away from City Park, a 5 min drive/ min walk to downtown and is in a family-friendly neighborhood. The available room has a private updated ensuite, and the shared spaces are the living/dining rooms, kitchen, and large backyard with a fireplace and space for a garden.There will be two other female roommates including myself (my profile pic is the two of us). We are in our mid-twenties and are pretty low-key. We have 3 cats between us and enjoy gaming, cooking, and outdoor activities. We like to host a few friends for game nights, dinners, etc. occasionally.
