I am looking to sublet my room in a .5 bathroom apartment. The apartment is a two story, townhouse style. The bedroom I am looking to sublet is on the bottom floor. The other 3 roommates are all upstairs, and share communal spaces downstairs (kitchen, living room). The bedroom includes a private, attached bathroom and a walk-in closet. January rent would be paid!
