Description

Private 1BR/1BA available on the first floor of a vintage duplex in Avondale, one of Chicagos safest and most convenient neighborhoods. The space is fully furnished and includes a private office room in addition to your own bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Youll have the entire first floor to yourself. We will only share the kitchen, which is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, oils, spices, and essentials. I live in the basement unit, completely separate. Looking for a clean, respectful roommate for a comfortable long term setup.
