Im a mature, responsible woman returning to New York and looking for a clean, comfortable, furnished room directly from a homeowner or landlord in Forest Hills, Queens, New York. I am looking to rent a room in an established, quiet household rather than find a roommate to rent an apartment with. I am seeking a monthtomonth arrangement with a queen size bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and utilities included. Im comfortable with a shared kitchen. A separate living area or private entrance would be a bonus but isnt essential. Im considerate, tidy, respectful of others' privacy, and would appreciate a quiet, wellmaintained, non- smoking home. My budget is $1300-$1600 per month, with some flexibly for the right accommodation. I am looking to move in early December 2026. I am hoping to find a welcoming, peaceful place to call home while I settle back into New York City.
