39M Looking to be a Roommate

Description

Hi! Im currently looking for a room within a price range that would allow me to save some money, as well as work on improving my credit score.
The eventual goal is getting a place on my own
No pets Im bringing with me, however I have no allergies and am good with Animals
I have a 4 year old, but she most likely wouldnt be staying with me unless it was an emergency.
Not a cigarette smoker and not much of a drinker, either (my party days are pretty much behind me)
