Bedroom and ensuite bathroom by the front door (see floorplan) would be yours, living, dining, (inunit) laundry and kitchen would be shared. I do have two girl cats who will be in the living space area most of (if not all) the time. There is a $35 application fee (to the complex, not to me) when you get on the lease.
Current roommate is willing to negotiate reasonable price for king sized bed and dresser if desired.
Current pictures show the apartment as messy, it will be deep cleaned before you move in.
