Description

**Looking for a Subleaser ASAP!** We're looking for someone to sublease a room in our 5-bedroom house, available as soon as possible! We're located within easy walking distance of campus, and rent is **$585/month, plus utilities.**
A little about us! We're a group of students majoring in nursing, engineering, human services, and business.
We share our home with a cat and two golden retrievers (pictured!), who are all super friendly and get along great with other animals.
We love a good balance of going out and having cozy nights in. Some of our favorite things to do together include crafting, having movie nights, grabbing coffee, going on walks, and simply sitting around chatting.
We're respectful of each other's space, value open communication, and want everyone to feel comfortable and at home!
If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out! We'd love to tell you more, show you the room, or set up a time for you to come check out the place!
