Looking for a clean, responsible female roommate to take over a room in a shared home in the Stafford area! ✨ About the House Rent: $1,150/month
Utilities: HOA fees, gas, electricity, and internet are split between roommates.
Bathrooms: Each roommate has their own full bathroom, plus two additional half bathrooms that are shared.
Common Areas: Mostly furnished, so you won’t need to furnish the living room and other shared spaces.

Looking for someone to take over the lease with me through the end of May 2027, with the possibility of renewing afterward if we’re a good fit as roommates. 🐾 House Rules Female roommate only.
No additional pets, as there is already one dog in the house.
Must be clean, respectful, and willing to help keep shared spaces tidy.
No partying or a party-heavy lifestyle. I’m looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, and easy to live with. Ideally, we’ll both feel comfortable in our home and be respectful of each other’s space.
