Parking & Pets: Open surface parking is completely free for residents (optional paid detached garages are available if needed). The community is pet-friendly and welcomes pets (though current household has no pets).

Your Roommate: 25-year-old male software engineer. He mostly keeps to himself, is very quiet, and respects your privacy.
Transition Process: The move will go through a formal roommate substitution/lease modification directly via the leasing office to ensure everything is official and your liability ends cleanly.
