Description
I'm looking to rent out the unused room in my house. The room has a closet and is unfurnished. There's a desk that can stay or I can remove it. Looking for someone that is clean and is relatively easy going. Utilities and internet are included in the $700 a month. I have a large washer and drier on that you're welcome to use. As well as a very capable kitchen since I do a lot of cooking. I currently have a dog that I am trying to rehome. Some other small things I have that you are free to use as long as you take care of them are an espresso machine, a sound system, tools, and a 6` Yamaha grand piano. I am fine with a month-to-month lease. If you [REDACTED]-332-4544. If you leave a message on I will NOT see it.
