I’m looking for one roommate to share my condo near Park Central Drive. The available bedroom is unfurnished and has a spacious closet. You’ll have your own bathroom, and the $800 monthly rent includes utilities and Wi‑Fi. The condo has a patio, a living room with a work area and 75-inch TV, and a spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and a working dishwasher. We’ll share the refrigerator, which has plenty of room. Washer and dryer facilities are downstairs and can be paid for with coins or through an app. I live in the condo and am looking for someone who communicates well and cleans up after themselves in shared spaces.
