Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for my house in Edmonds, WA. I have one large dog who is well trained and I mostly just watch shows, play video games, walk my dog, and go out to eat. Rent is $1200 and utilities ARE included. Just asking for first and last months rent. Due to negative experiences with previous roommates - I’m asking for someone who doesn’t have a pet (negotiable) because of neglect in the past, requiring me to care for the pet.
