Looking for a room for me and son

Hello I am a 31 yr old married woman who is currently studying insurance works as a security guard. I have temporary guardianship of my 14 year old nephew do to a family emergency and need a place that is warm during the winter because I'm currently at a place with no heat and don't want to be cold for another winter especially when I have my nephew with me.
