Hi! My partner & I are looking for someone to take over our lease! We are planning to move closer to where I work but we've been here for 3 years & it's truly a beautiful place. We'd preferably look for someone to start living here October 1st-November 1st. The lease ends June 1st but of course can be renewed if you'd like to. The location is 905 W Franklin Ave Minneapolis. On street parking, laundry located in the basement, & stairs only. The home has great views of downtown & a fun location of nightlife, groceries, & walkable lakes nearby.
