Hi everyone! I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom of my 2x2 apartment in Ashburn. I’m located about 10-15 minutes away from Dulles International Airport. The closest metro station is Ashburn Station, max 5 minutes away (driving, 22 minutes walking). The bedroom has its own bathroom and rent is at $1330 plus utilities of $75-$100 a month. Apartment has a washer and dryer, as well as a garage and parking space in front of the garage, therefore no extra price for parking as well as a plus for extra storage. Apartment also has a patio attached! I do have a golden retriever and I am a full time working professional. Looking for someone responsible, clean and friendly.
