I’m looking for someone to take over my one bedroom apartment at Korina at the Grove, 4424 Jackson Ave, Austin. You can choose a move-in date anytime from November 10 through January 10. Rent is $1,887/month plus utilities, and the lease runs through June 25, 2027. The apartment is on the 4th floor, faces the pool, and gets lots of sunlight. I’m also offering a cash bonus to help cover part of the rent during the roughly months remaining on the lease. I will also cover the application fee.
