Responsible Roomies in Newer House!

Bedroom available, current roomies in tech, engineering, teaching, etc. One roomies working as a valet in his gap year while trying to get into comedy before going to law school if that doesnt work, another makes art and plays piano at Mozarts, bike rides everywhere, etc. The wifis very fast 2G google fiber and the roomies like to chill in the nice backyard and wind down the days after work, super peaceful spot to relax. We have a coffee bar too, the roomies really liked when I thought of that. Refundable deposits $600 and we do a flat $100 for bills so theres no other feesbills. Cool!
