I have a room for rent in a 2400 square foot house (I own the house) that sits on half an acre. Located a few miles outside of city in grants pass. Quiet place in a semi forest area. Finished room built in garage. Fully insulated and heated. New carpet/pad. Bathroom is semi-private. We have our own bathroom. My son visits part time. All utilities are paid including high speed internet with a dedicated router in room. We are looking for a no drama tenant that works and is not at the house 100% of the time. This is not a 4/20 friendly house. We have a child here part time. Must pass background check. Room also includes personal refrigerator. Access to all appliances (washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc) Prefer female tenant. Previous tenant has agreed to be contacted as a reference. Text is the best way to reach me
