2 Bedroom Coastal Apt. for Rent

Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease of a cozy, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment unit in Bradley Beach, NJ. Located 4 blocks from the beach and 1 block from Main Street. The apartment has its own private driveway and separate private entrance, so it feels pretty independent from the other units. It’s a single-floor apartment, and a few of the photos are outdated, but the place is fully furnished. In addition to rent, tenants are only responsible for electric bill and gas bill for the stove. Heat and water are paid by the landlord, whose office is 2 blocks away from the apartment. If you are interested, happy to provide more details and answer any questions, and of course connect you with the current roommate. I know it's short notice, but I am hoping to be replaced on the lease by October 1. Lease ends May 1, 2027 but you can always renew if you end up loving it (and i know you will)
